Injury Management
Initial evaluation and OSHA first aid treatment are performed. Early intervention and rehabilitation programs are started, which reduces DART, injury recovery time and overall healthcare costs.
Our onsite professional will get to know the production process and the jobs demands needed. Instruct in proper ergonomics and identify issues within facility.
Documentation is an important part of prevention and injury recovery. Keeping analytics of types of injuries, specific departments or level or years of experience on the job, help to identify issues prior to injuries happening.
I have been practicing Athletic Training for over 25 years, with the last five focusing on Industrial Athletes and workers compensation rehabilitation. Certified as a Medical Management and Safety Specialist and Athletic Trainer I feel are the skills needed to implement an early intervention and injury management program within your company. I have performed rehab from total joints to back and neck injuries of older adults to athletic injuries and post operative surgeries from my years of working with professional, college and high school athletes.
